Along with the vigorous development of rock selection industry in Baoding area, it must produce massive mixture of the coverings of earth over the epidermis earth and the stone filings every year.It takes up the land and pollutions the environment. At the same time, the road engineering development is swift and violent. The roads construction in front of the mountain needs massive grits. If we can successfully utilize the the epidermis earth in the road engineering that it does not only solve the question of piling, but also provide the good aggregate origin for the road engineering. This is a measure which can answer multiple assume, and it has a very good economic efficiency. Also we must pay more attention to the environment influence.At the same time, Iron acquisition in the Mancheng area also swift and violently develops. The debris processes in the mining industry is the major issue in the local environment, These debris are piled up in the ravine, and they create many inconvenient to the local people's production and life. We also take these debris gangues to the road material as developing and usingThis article embarked from the semi-rigid subbase material requestion, has analyzed the project characteristic of the epidermis earth and the crushed stone gangue. Then through carrying on to each kind of different mixture ratio of inorganic binding stable material , making unlimited compressive strength test and resistant to compression snapping back module experiment without the side rooms experiments,studying their performance in road construction.,For using the the epidermis earth and the crushed stone gangue as the basic unit or the subbase of the road, reducing the stack occupying a land area of and the pollution, reusing the waste production, benefitteding the people,this article has provided the reliable scientific basis.
