This paper expatiates on some developing work of the flight control computer, through improving on the older flight control computer, based on the project of one kind of UAV (unmanned air vehicle), and the flight control computer design based on TERN andμC/OS-Ⅱis researched.Firstly, this paper makes the choice of CPU and RTOS (real time operation system) and then it brings forward flight control computer scheme based on TERN andμC/OS-Ⅱaccording to its characteristics and application requirement. In this scheme, 586-Engine is used to be a processor, and the I/O interface function is realized by P50 and Ur8 that performs the signal acquisition and buffering data,μC/OS-Ⅱis the RTOS of the flight control computer.Secondly, this paper emphasizes on hardware based on 586-Engine, P50 and Ur8, and software based onμC/OS-Ⅱand Paradigm C/C++. In hardware design, the design of analog signals, digital signals and serial port is introduced, and the process of two versions PCB is showed too. In software design,μC/OS-Ⅱis transplanted to SC520, and the drivers are written. And then it introduces the debugging process and makes a result analysis. At last, it makes summarize and expectation.The research of miniaturization design of flight control computer realizes the design of new hardware structure, the application of new board cad and new RTOS, and, all the parameters are up to the mustard. Flight control computer based TERN andμC/OS-Ⅱhas the characteristics of small dimension, high precision, low cost and power because of all the previous advantages of TERN andμC/OS-Ⅱ.
