| The landing gear system is the key components of aircraft, whose working performance directly affects the flying security and the performance of airplane's takeoff. During all the modern aircraft's components, the disabled probability of the retraction system has been up to 34.4%. Thus, it's meaningful to study the retraction system. In terms of VPT, this paper took certain type of aircraft as the object to analyze the dynamic performance of aircraft's retraction system.The kinematical model of the aircraft retraction system was built in CATIA. Based on it, the kinematical method of retraction system was studied, which provided technical basement for the retraction performance and the machine's interference analysis.Based on CATIA and ADAMS software, the paper developed a virtual model that used for performance test of large aircraft's landing gear retraction system; took certain aircraft as the object to make dynamic analysis of retraction system, and discussed the main factors that affect the dynamic performance of retraction system as well as their influence degreeThe loads during the retraction and extension process of landing gear are list and calculated, and then some loads that have more important effect on the system are selected and their effect is analyzed with some function of software ADAMS. For example, the aerodynamic load, the mass load, the hydraulic load. Based on the analysis above, some advanced methods are proposed for the design of landing gear retraction system. |
