The logic sort system of basic force-amplifier mechanisms and the method of matrix used in the research of force-amplifier mechanisms'combination are introduced, aiming at solve the problems in sorting the force-amplifier mechanisms and innovation of multilevel force-amplifier mechanisms. The CAD systems for 2D force-amplifier mechanisms on the base of Visio and for 3D force-amplifier mechanisms on the base of Solidworks are given also.After hard work on this thesis, the conclusions and fruits listed below are gained.(1)The logic sort system of basic force-amplifier mechanisms is built, and all sorts of the mechanisms in the system are introduced in detail. The working characteristics and mechanics formulas of the ordinary mechanisms are given.(2)The basic force-amplifier mechanisms are assorted into three kind named type, example and practice. Fourth order force-amplifier mechanisms and below are studied using matrix method in the level of type and example.(3)Combined innovation method is introduced, which is a very important method in designing force-amplifier mechanisms.(4)The templates of the basic force-amplifier mechanisms are developed. The method of how to use the templates is given through an example.(5)The secondary development theory and 3D parameter models are introduced. Fixture element database is founded.(6) The secondary development program is compiled, and the 3D CAD system is founded on the base of Solidworks.
