The traffic belongs to the category of public utilities, is the basic industries of national economy. The traffic is unimpeded or not effects the area's economic growth to up or down .So it is necessary to know the traffic condition to this area. Traffic synthesized appraising is according as opening out the condition of the traffic network k of this area and the requirement of traffic ,is gist of traffic's plan of weaving.The analysis of traffic's condition has important meaning for deciding the future of the city'development, making the urban planning, actualizing the continuable development of the city. A good traffic system can lead the economy development of the whole city .A bad traffic system would baffle the economy development of the whole city. So the analysis of traffic's condition is necessary.The goal of Dalian's construction is to build the condign city for living and the traveling city, the condign city for living is a integrated conception,except the enviorment, including the guildline of economy and the city development .The condign city for living is the city for men in the final analysis, to satisfy the need of people's life, So it is important of traffic's construction. The traffic's condition has important meaning for the determiner to decide the future way of the city's development, make the plan , actualize the continuable development.This paper uses the spatial analysis and the guildline of the traffic's condition .to make the analysis and appraise, concluse at this moment the traffic's condition of Dalian is not good, and to analyse why happen this. make some suggestions. This paper has some reference meaning for the construction of the city in the future.
