| For cities with metro networks,transit-oriented development around rail transit has an eminent foundation.As an important part of the urban transportation system,urban bicycle transportation can not only solve the "the first-and-last mile problem" of public transportation,but also improve the sharing rate of public transportation,reduce unnecessary motor vehicle travel,alleviate the problem of vehicle congestion,and provide vitality and power for the sustainable development of urban transportation.However,cities with metro networks are generally inclined to motor vehicle transportation,while bicycle traffic system is incomplete,its road network structure is illogical and its infrastructure is lacking,which result in inferior travel experience of bicycle transportation and failure to realize its functional positioning.Therefore,the study of urban bicycle transportation organization method under the condition of metro network has important theoretical significance and practical value for improving the travel chain,optimizing the traffic structure,improving the public transportation travel rate and realizing the sustainable development of urban transportation.The environmental characteristics of urban bicycle transportation system under the condition of metro network are analyzed from three aspects: land use characteristics,public transportation system characteristics and road system characteristics.Based on the questionnaire and the spatio-temporal data of bike-sharing system,the characteristics of riders,spatial operation and temporal operation of urban bicycle traffic system under the condition of metro network are analyzed.Based on maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,the hierarchy of needs of urban bicycle travel is proposed,and the demands of bicycle travel are analyzed.The functional orientation of urban bicycle traffic under the condition of metro network is defined,its existing problems are analyzed,and its organizational goal is determined.The organizational content of urban bicycle traffic under the condition of metro network is constructed.The idea of urban bicycle traffic zoning under the condition of metro network is analyzed.The classification of urban bicycle traffic zoning is defined,and a zoning classification method is proposed based on bike-sharing system’s spatio-temporal data and clustering algorithm.The parameters to be considered in urban bicycle traffic zoning are analyzed.Based on the relationship between POI and metro stations,the model of the degree of contact of urban bicycle traffic zoning is established,and the process of urban bicycle traffic zoning is established,and Nanjing city as a case for the application.The construction methods of bicycle traffic environment are analyzed from three aspects: the construction of bicycle traffic infrastructure environment,the construction of policy environment and the construction of cultural environment.A bike-road classification system is established based on urban bicycle traffic zoning,puts forward the identification method of main bike-road in zoning,defines the determination method of bike-road classification,and optimizes the continuity of bike-road network.The bike-road facilities are optimized from three aspects: section facilities,intersection facilities and street crossing facilities.Based on the field survey data,the characteristics of the current situation of bicycle parking around the metro stations are analyzed,and the existing main problems are summarized.The influencing factors of the bicycle parking demand around the metro stations are analyzed,and a prediction model of the bicycle parking demand around the metro station is put forward based on the zoning system and the parking generation rate model.The types of bicycle parking facilities around the metro stations are sorted out,the method of parking facility scale configuration is put forward,and the position configuration and organization management method of parking facilities are analyzed. |
