As we saw the achievement of the highway construction in our country, there are also many problems during the construction. For example, there are so many initial damage that there are only a few highway pavement can be used to the age of 15 years, and one of the important feature is the deficiency of the long time's service performance, which behaves rutting and reflecting crack and so on in the simi-rigid asphalt pavement.Basis on the simi-rigid asphalt pavement engineering of the highway from Chengdu to Nanchong, we made researches on the crushed stone cement of the base material, the asphalt surface material and the construction technique in order to solve the problems of the rutting and reflecting crack. By the study of the documents at home and abroad, this article talked about the causes of formation and developing mechanism of the rutting and reflecting crack in the simi-rigid asphalt pavement, and then summarized the measure for prevention-treatment. After the performance test of the raw material, this article talked about the gradation design and the strength-characteristic of the crushed stone cement. By doing the dry shrinkage experiment and the heat swell experiment, we made the research of the shrinkage-swell character of the crushed stone cement, and then pointed out that the cement dose has an evidence effect to the dry shrinkage crack of the cement stabilized base course, and has some effect to the heat swell character. Meanwhile, during the paving of the experiment road, we adjusted the cement dose from 5% to 4.5%. In order to prove the high temperature ability of the asphalt mixture, we bring forward the technical requirements of the asphalt and the stone material, and made a choice on the raw material. By doing marshall experiment and rutting experiment, this article ascertained the mix proportion of the asphalt mixture of the upper surface and the medium-diaphragmatic surface in the highway from Chengdu to Nanchong, which included the proportioning gradation and the optimum asphalt proportion. By the construction research on the asphalt pavement of the Cheng-Nan highway, this article made an conclusion on the avoid measurements of the rutting and reflecting crack during the construction of the crushed stone cement base and the asphalt pavement, which is a valuable conclusion.By using several technical measure to mix design and construction of the crushed stone cement base and the asphalt pavement in the Cheng-Nan highway, there arc only a little rutting and cross reflecting crack after four years employment. The survey indicated that the avoid measurements of the rutting and reflecting crack during the construction of the crushed stone cement base and the asphalt pavement is effectively.
