Asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base is the mainly pavement structure of china because of not only its high strength and bearing capacity , but also its low cost of building. With prelong of its serveing and further srudying on it, the connatural limitation of semi-rigid base course such as reflection cracks are recognized and its very hard to root up.This project studying on asphalt pavement structure designing to eliminate its cracks with beginning of discussing the reason of cracks. Through studying on working properties of such courses as grade crushed stone without combine material, cement and emulsificated asphalt stabilizated grade crushed stone, stress absorb course of modified asphalt, put forward their road properties and proper combination of them to eliminate pavement cracks. We also discuss their construction technical and gradation designing through experimentation section of highway.
