| Along with the technical development and the bridge span's increase unceasingly, the traditional support construction has received more and more challenges, especially in the course of bridge construction surmounting the big river and the gulley. In the 1970s, German engineers lead the way in adopting hanging basket and cantilever construction to placing concrete and constructing pre-stressed concrete cantilever bridge, and it is adopted in the course of cantilever bridge, T shape steel structure and cable-stayed bridge construction without convenient support to date. From the 1960S, cantilever construction has been introduced from steel bridge to pre-stressed concrete bridge, so pre-stressed concrete bridge becomes predominant gradually in our country.The design and construction of great span continuous bridge request highly coordinates, and construction method and installment procedure not only influences initial structure stress, but also determines ultimate stress and bridge profile, so construction control of great span continuous bridge is vitally necessary for structure safety, reasonable error range, bridge profile and stress requirement in course of construction.This paper bases on the instance of cantilever continuous bridge construction in Dalian Bay, and main jobs as following:(1)The content, method, characteristic and present research situation of pre-stressed concrete cantilever bridge have been analyzed, and different structural analysis methods have been compared in the course of construction control.(2)Analog computation of cantilever continuous bridge construction has been carried out, based on the instance and influencing factors.(3)Control stress in every control section and bridge structure's loaded behavior in the course of key construction have been drawn through the calculation, which provides a basis for bridge construction and operation.(4)Deflection range in the course of cantilever construction has been determined through the calculation, which provides a basis for bridge construction control.(5)Based on the theory calculation, the system of cantilever continuous bridge construction control has been established, including: recognition and adjustment of design parameter in the course of construction analog computation; definition of method on deflection examination and fulfillment measures in the course of cantilever construction; definition of method on stress examination in every control section and fulfillment measures in the course of cantilever construction(6)Main construction points, construction step, construction, quality control in the course of folding have been elaborated. |
