With the rapid development of China’s highway, more and more long span Bridges are needed to span great rivers and bays, PC(pre-stressed concrete)continuous beam bridge emerged as required and has been developed fleetly in recent years. There are a few the construction methods of the PC continuous beam bridge. Among these methods, cantlever installation and cantilever casting have been used widely. Different construction methods effect the quality and safety of the construction and the force rationality of the birdge, the construction control is indispensable.Through the analysis and summary of the develoment of continuous beam and the developmental tendency of the construction control techniques in our country and abroad, the thesis based on the characteristic of intercity orbit traffic gives the study of the construction beam bridge. Construction control. In order to get ideal goal we must enforce all-around control in procession of construction.This research subject in the engineering background of a prestressed concrete continuous grider bridge, according the technique characteristic of the cantilever construction continuous beam, put forward reasonable construction control project, In the process of study, use the large finite element software Dr. Bridge fine modeling analysis of the whole bridge, at the same time, in the process of construction control, we successful acquisition process of the construction control deformation and stress of variable cross-section and main control cross section data, master the bridge stress characteristics and stress distribution; Combined with the established finite element model, analyses the differences between the theoretical calculation and actual construction process, parameter identification and adjustment. And provides the framwork evaluation at each stage in the process of the construction level, in order to guide the construction, achieved good effect, thus successfully completed the bridge construction control work.
