Steel-concrete composite beam is a kind of flexural member composed by concrete slab and steel beam via shear connectors. Because composite beams have good behaviors, so they are widely used in architecture fields. Slip property is an important factor need to be considered in composite beams design, particularly in nowadays, Another aspect, studys on Load support capability,Slip effect and Deformation Ability of Steel-concrete composite are hot spot at present. So slip elect of the simply supported composite beams will be studied in this paper by theoretical analysis, experiment studies and Systematic nonlinearity simulation analysis.Firstly, the paper introduces the development of composite beams and research situation of slip effect. Then, the paper analyzes slip efect of simply supported composite beams theoretically. Slip equation and slip strain equation are derived respectively. From these equations we can get slip and slip strain distribution along the beam-span; relationship between slip, slip strain and combination characteristic value. Based on the slip strain equation, the paper deduces expressions of additional deflection and additional bending moment caused by slip so as to get slip elect on deflection and bearing capacity.Go ahead in this basis, The paper do experimental study of Steel-Concrete composite beams with different combination characteristic value under static concentrate lateral loads was presented. The bending capacity, failure mode, load-deflection relationship, load-strain relationship, load-slip relationship and slip distribution of Steel-Concrete composite beams was studied in this paper. From the experimental study and computer analysis, the characters of Steel-Concrete composite beams were observed, and provide reliable experiment basis for the model and result of Systematic nonlinearity simulation analysis. Finally, A numerical study on slip effect of simply supported composite beams is conducted by means of finite element program of ANSYS based on the feasibility verification of ANSYS. The research contents include: slip distribution rules; slip effect on deflection in service stage; the impact of the interface friction, the paper fitting calculation formulae of cross section flexural Stiffness break subtract modulus, on the base of experimental study and ANSYS FE result, in addition to, present some significative advice for practical design.
