The Study On The Electronic Control System Of Automobile Engine

The technology of electronic control is the product of automobileindustry connecting with electron industry, and the diesel engine willdevelop toward this direction inevitably. Fault diagnostic is the last line ofdefense for reliability and security of electronic diesel control system. Thispaper discussed the principle of electronic control system on-boarddiagnostics and diagnostic algorithm based on control theory. This paper putemphasis on analyzing the principle of off-board diagnostics and the plan ofpractice, and have designed and developed off-board diagnostic testerinteracting with on-board diagnostics. This diagnostic tester can provideplenty of technology reference information about electronic control unit thatcan be easily manipulated and consult for electronic control systemrepairing technologist and assembly line technologist. Diagnostic tester iscomposed of show part, communication part and touching-key part. Thispaper analyzed studying work of these parts thoroughly. As an importantcomposing part of technology of electronic diesel control, development anduse of diagnostic tester will promote advance of electronic controltechnology. The study of this paper explored a road for fault diagnosticselectronic diesel control system, and will improve continually with developof technology of electronic control.
