As a kind of new structural material, the steel fiber reinforced concrete have better mechanical performances such as bending resistance, crack resistance, anti-fatigue, anti-friction and high toughness than normal concrete and was used in many architectural constructions. But it was limited to being used and developed for the expensive of the steel fiber, so, how to reduce the construction cost of the steel fiber reinforced concrete is concerned by many scientist and engineer. It is clear that the layer steel fiber reinforced concrete pavement style which studied in this article is complied with this idea. Only a few steer fibers are used in the two surfaces of the road surface construction but in the middle place use normal concrete still in this kind of pattern structure. Under the condition that not influence the mechanics performance, this kind of pattern structure can be greatly reduced the amount of the steel fiber. So as a kind of pavement structure pattern layer steer fiber reinforced concrete pavement is worth to theory studying and extend using in practice.In this paper the mechanical analysis way was used primary, the mechanics performance of layer steer fiber reinforced concrete was studied and the stress distribution of layer steer fiber reinforced concrete pavement under driving load function was analyzed.In this paper the experiment research content to be as follows:1. The affect law of w/c, length-diameter ratio and volumetric fraction of steel fiber have been experimentally studied on compressive strength,splitting strength,flexural strength of layer steel fiber reinforced concrete.2. The reinforcement and the flexural bend strength model of layer steel fiber reinforced concrete has been analyzed.3. The affect law of length-diameter ratio and volumetric fraction of steer fiber with three points flexural bend experiment studied on fracture performance of layer steel fiber reinforced concrete.In this paper we also use theoretical analysis way, establishes mechanics model, analysis the stress of the pavement of layer steel fiber reinforced concrete, two analysis methods are given, the finite element analysis method also used to analysis the stress in this paper. How to construction and how to guarantee the construction's quality are summarized in briefly, proposed the merit and shortcoming of the layer steel fiber reinforced concrete . We wish we can know about comprehensively about the mechanical property of layer steel fiber reinforced concrete and can helpful project practical application with what we had down.
