| Facing the problems of the city development,learned why it had happened,illustrated that it was necessity to utilize underground space to dispose urbaninfrastructure. Through analysing the actuality of development and utilization ofunderground space of urban infrastructure at home and abroad, in accordance withJinan thespecial details, emphatically elaborated Jinan present situation and problemof urban infrastructure that includes road transportation system, water supply andsewerage system, energy system, communication system, environmental andsanitation system, disaster prevention system and so on.Through Jinan,s naturalcondition analysis of terrain landform and springdistribution and so on, and the economical technical analysis, elaborated it is thefeasibility that Jinan developes and utilizes underground space. Learning from andabsorbing the advanced theory and successful experience of development andutilization of underground space of urban infrastructure at home and abroad, proposedto Jinan strategy of development and utilization of underground space for urbantransportation facility, water supply and sewerage facility, energy facility,communication facility, environmental and sanitation facility, disaster preventionfacility,pipeline comprehensive and so on.In the article, it is proved that the reason of urging development and utilizationof urban underground space is that the main contradiction is between the citydevelopment and the relative backwardness of urban infrastructure. The citydevelopment request to renew and rebuild infrastructure unceasingly, and utilizingunderground space for disposing infrastructure under urban land size being invariable,it has the vital significance to relax the transportation stress of urban central district,protect the historical culture landscape, improve ecological environment. It iseffective way that it utilizes underground space for disposing infrastructure so as tosolve the problem of the city development fundamentally. |
