This thesis introduces the glorified action of landscape lamps in cities and analyzes the problems they have, which focus on the landscape lamps consuming vas energy source, the method for monitoring and controlling the lamps is not advanced and the light efficiency of lamps is bad. In order to deal with these problems, we design corresponding countermeasures including Wind and Photovoltaic generating system provides power for lamps, the information of equipments and the command will be transmitted by wireless communication unit and using LED.Based on this, the article designs a type of landscape lamps controller. The MCU, as the core of the controller, manages other parts of the controller to complete the functions together that the plans will state later.Then, the thesis gives tree plans including how to manage lead-acid battery in Wind and Photovoltaic generating system, how to communicate by wireless in port to more port system and how to drive the large power LED.The battery management plan is using software control charging current, which approximately equal to the allowable current by lead-acid manage battery in the each charging phases. When the voltage of battery is high enough, the charging become trickle way.The wireless communication plan is CSMA/CD ,which is a kind of method used by IEEE802.3 network.The LED driving plan is PWM.Each plan is given based on foresight and practicability. Otherwise, this thesis has done profound discussion about the characteristic, prospects for development and the application of LED.Low system power consumption consideration is throughout about the component selection and software programming. The final controller has the character of multi-purpose, low system power consumption, low cubage and high anti-jamming ability.
