In this article, the network of wireless charging station was designed according to mission of 863 Project. Additionally, charging-zone management system, parking-spot smart terminal, and vehicle smart terminal in the network were designed and tested. The network would support the information interaction of V2G.EV charging station, where charging-zone management system runs, is data transmission access and net gate of power grid and EV users. For unmanned charging pile and large-scale charging station, different network infrastructure was designed, and charging-zone management system software was developed on.NET framework with C#. In the laboratory, commands and data transmission functions were tested.Parking-spot smart terminal consists of start-stop controlling module of wireless charging system, GOOSE packet tackling functions, TCP/IP network stack and charging data storage module. When rececive the starting command, start-stop controlling module gradually rise the voltage to prevent the over-current during startup. Refering to the VxWorks and uIP embedded network stack, GOOSE packet tackling functions on link layer was designed and tested. Functions code and decode GOOSE packet carrying protecting information of wireless power transmission system. The function were intergrated in TCP/IP network stack. Charging data storage module saves the data with XML file on FatFs file system and sets up embedded web server on vehicle smart terminal, thus charging data history is available via web.Based on mobile communication technology and wireless communication technology, vehicle smart terminal realize data interaction in on-road and in-station occations. By comparing the emitting power and receiving power of the coils, vehicles and charging station can assess the state of the wireless power transmission system.The devices and software were finally assembled to the station communication network and tested. The network can realize the real-time information interaction without interfereing the isolation of the power grid network. Additionally, the network support historical charging data access and protective packet transmission.
