Based on the central heating system of hydroelectric and thermal conditions of the heating system and its impact on the basis of the analysis, the reasonable heating regulation of the technology was found out of central heating systems, which including heat balanced technology, heating water system optimization, heat and thermal match between the network model, available for system control strategy and thermal station load regulation curve model. These methods can guarantee the heat quality and quality, Optimum of water cycle and ensure secondary net balance.Moreover, the monitoring of the control system and a micro-controller hardware structure and working principle were studied, on this basis of reasonable economy equipment selection. For hardware and software designing, the full account of the hardware to meet the scene control requirements (expansion of the DI and DO). For hardware design, some redundancy adopt to ensure system reliable, to ensure the integrity function as much as possible. For software design, structured and modular way was adopt to make the procedures simple and ease to maintenance.Finally, study comprehensively on he central heating intelligent control system, which is composed of a centralized heating network management and distribution control process. The center monitoring systems and data communications system is composed of three subsystems.The heating system is design to achieve the design flow balance between water pipe networks, which changing the "high flow, low temperature difference" mode of operation. Judging from the current application, the system is stability and can benefits social and economic significantly, which has great value to use widely.
