The energy utilization with reason is a primary direction of technical development in air-conditioning system. The practitioners in air-conditioning make great efforts to how to minimize the energy consume with effectively meeting the loads. Therefore, the topic of this thesis is about the hydraulic analysis and dynamic optimization of pipe-network at the load side for the primary-secondary pumping chilled-water system in air-conditioning with the variable load conditions.The strategy of optimization in the chilled water system which included the structure optimization and dynamic optimization in system circulation is brought forward in the thesis. The circulation in the variable chilled-water flow system is determined by the changes of load along with time, so the dynamic variable loads are essential of dynamic optimal analysis. The optimization needs the graph theory model of pipe-network at the load side to confirm the space relationship, getting the basic relating matrix and absolute loop matrix, establishing the characteristic equations of the pipe-network which are solved. Then, there is the quantitative analysis of the unbalance rate, adjustability and stability for the pipe- network in the thesis. Aiming at the dynamic load changes, using the secondary pumping energy consume as a target, considering the pipe-network of unbalance rate, adjustability and stability, the structure optimization and dynamic optimization in system circulation of the pipe-network is accomplished in the thesis.The variable volume control in chilled-water system should be related with the dynamic load changes. Based on the complete supervision for chilled-water system, the dynamic model and its realization method are founded, which is in variable load conditions. The field of automation control in air-conditioning system is focused the DDC network control, so the results of the optimization in pipe-network provide a feasible means for the variable flow system automation control.
