In recent years, as the number of private cars is increasing rapidly, the traffic has become terribly heavy. In our country, traffic jam is getting more and more serious and the rate of road accidents is rising day by day. Due to the restriction of its own condition, the traditional means to handle traffic accidents can hardly cope with the currently increasing traffic problems. Therefore, it would be of great significance to research the indwelling law of traffic accident, to use computer and the technology of artificial intelligence to provide timely, scientific and practical means for managing traffic problems. This paper is based on WAP technology, artificial intelligence and Bayesian Theory. It has learned and summarized the status quo and developing direction of the intelligent traffic management system, and also analyzed the design and technology of intelligent traffic management system that is based on WAP has made certain achievement. The main tasks of this paper are as follows:Elaborate the denotative means of accident case, and designed the case structure of the accident after a comprehensive summary of the accident attribute;Bring the ratiocinative mechanism that is based on CBR-RBR into traffic accident management, and established a traffic accident management model which is also based on CBR-RBR;Put the simple Bayesian Model into intelligent management of traffic accident, and implemented intelligent searches of the system;Design the original intelligent traffic accident management system that is based on WAP platform, and implemented the key function of the system; The introduction of CBR-RBR intelligent ratiocinative technology implemented the intelligentization of traffic management, yet the application of WAP technology greatly improved the flexibility of traffic management.
