| As one kind of air lift device,typical air lift device has many advantages,and is usedin many fields,but because of its structure, it also has some demerits,and sometimes thesedemerits cause typical air lift device not to be used or be used effectively, so the concept ofpulse air lift device was suggested.At first,this article introduces the structure and principium of typical air lift device, atthe basis of them,analyses the disadvantage of hoist power, absorb sand power, air flowrate and water flow rate, we changed the structure of air lift device by changing theprocedure of the bubble's forming, then the pulse air lift device appears,after analysing itsprincipium, introducing bubble's forming, bubble's giving off, lifting water and sands, sowe gived a conclusion theoretically that pulse air lift device is better than typical air liftdevice.To prove that conclusion,we had a experiment,by it we know that pulse air lift deviceis fessible in structure and principium, i. e. bubble can form, and it can lift water and sandsout of pipe. then pulse air lift device was compared with typical air lift device, we foundthat pulse air lift device can work normally when air flow rate closes to zero, and isdifferent from typical air lift device,when air flow rate is enough big, the water flow ratestill increases, which broadens applied the ambit of pulse air lift device. But we also foundthan pulse air lift device cann't lift sands out of pipe,and at the same air flow rate, itswater flow rate is smaller than that of typical air lift device.After finding the reason which causes the sands to sink, weGived a improving measure, which is opening some litter holes at the pipe,similarly thepulse immixture the typical,in the subsequent experiment, the pulse was proved that it isbetter than the typical on many performances, include an important performance—watertlow rate. |
