The detachable container garbage collector is an important performer of urban sanitation work,the working device is cal ed hook-lift device,the two functions of loading and unloading and garbage dump can be completed.Common hook-lift device can be divided intoc and telescopic boom hook-lift device.At present,the research on hook-lift device is mainly focused on fixed arm hook-lift device,and the research is rarely related to developing interactive software.This paper focuses on the multi-objective optimization and software development of telescopic boom hook-lift device.First of al,with the help of CAD technology and CAE Technology,based on the CATIA software,the three-dimensional model of telescopic boom hook-lift device is established.The virtual prototype model of the mechanism is established by using ADAMS software.With the help of finite element technology,by using Hyperworks software,based on the results of the simulation,the finite element analysis of the key parts of the mechanism is carried out.Secondly,based on the multi-objective optimization theory,optimization results have been solved in the MATLAB software.The optimization results shows that in both conditions the mechanism kinematic stability have been improved by 4.2% and 5.9% while the maximum pressure of the hydraulic system has been reduced by 10.3%.Finally,with the help of MATLAB GUI platform,based on the multi-objective optimization of the arm-pulling mechanism,a man-machine interaction software is developed.The software can not only be applied to the multi-objective optimization design to the telescopic boom hook-lift device,but also can be used on fixed arm hooklift device,and the practicality is greatly enhanced.
