Characteristic Optimization Of The Tube-core Radiator And Simulation Of Matlab

Radiator is an important part of vehicles. It is an indispensable element in the cooling system of engine. The operating performances and economical performances and reliability of automobile are all depended on its normal work.In the experiment, researching a lot of date of the performance of heat transfer and pressure drop for a kind of new the tube-core radiator, we compared with corrugated radiators in their various aspects .It had finally been indicated that the tube-core radiator is as seem as the corrugated radiator in the thermal energy characteristic aspect and the corrugated radiator difference, but has a bigger superiority in the water resistance. And the tube-core radiator is better then the corrugated radiator in wind resistance characteristic aspect.After we have experimented, because tentative data is complicated, we processed date with hand. This works is very trouble, and the precision cannot obtain the guarantee. So we used Visual Basic 6.0 to establish the program. This program transfers the database, and obtains the parameter with the linear interpolation the method. This works can effectively reduce the error, and enhance processing the data precision.After obtains the tentative data, we utilized mathematics model in the side of water, the side of air and the side of wing. Finally we used Matlab/simulink computer software to established the simulation. And we obtained the wind resistance, the water resistance and the standard heat. The test result with the simulation compares is very better. And the error is very smaller. The simulation can be using in this kind of radiator performance test, the structure optimize, the product shaping and the new product development and so on. It will be playing the better then better role.
