A new structural system called light steel reinforced concrete is gradually widely used, because it is light and expedient when installed, with excellent heat preservation. Based on the results of test, the bonding behavior, the shear strength and seismic behavior of light steel reinforced concrete are deeply studied in this thesis, showing that light steel reinforced concrete has better structural property which has a very promising future.The bonding strain-stress relationship of light steel reinforced concrete is main capability. The regression equation of bonding strength is put forward exerting hyperbola regression method, based on experimental research. The calculating values are identical with test data. Besides, the formula of anchorage length is put forward through analyzing special critical case of the light steel reinforced concrete subjected axis forces.Light steel reinforced concrete shear wall is a system structure resisting lateral force, so the shear strength is emphasized to be paid attention. Analyzing and comparing of five shear walls'experimental results, this paper draws a conclusion that shear strength of light steel reinforced concrete shear wall decrease for its split horizontal distributing reinforcement. The author discovers that some split horizontal distributing reinforcements will not take enough effect according to experiments, so that the number of split horizontal distributing reinforcements should be reduced. For further research on resisting shear strength mechanism of shear wall, the theory of variable angle truss model is applied which simulated the cracked shear walls. This paper considers there are three parts of shear strength, as a result a practical formula is advanced. Comparing with the test results, the calculation values match well and intend to be safe.As aseismic system, the seismic behavior of light steel reinforced concrete shear wall is very important in the same way. According to deeply research on the characteristic of hysteretic curves of the five test walls, the ductility and energy dissipation, also the declining stiffness of the structure are focused on. After analysis and comparison, suggestions such as disposing connective reinforcements are proposed in order to improve the seismic property.
