As the most important and basic performance, dynamical and economical performance directly affect the running performance. The excellent performance often depends upon reasonable matching of power and transmission .So it is very important to choose the reasonable design parameters of drive train. This research is important to improve the automobile dynamical and economical properties, it also is required for saving energy of automobile.According to present statistical data , running state of a majority of automobile engines is far from the best economical region due to the incorrect matching .Among the whole work period , the average efficiency of the engine is merely 11%~18%, which shows that the automobile doesn't realize the better matching. In addition , when we intend to appraise dynamical and economical Performances of a automobile, the common method currently bases on the road test. However, the method spends long time and high cost. The choice of the design parameter also has blindness and randomness in developing product. In order to improve the dynamical and economical properties, avoid the design blindness and shorten the product exploitation time, in this paper the following work was done:1. On the method of optimization of dynamical and economical Performances of automobiles , genetic arithmetic has been adopted to optimize the multi-target function by combining with the characters of the research problem , analyzing and comparing with different types of optimization ways , during which the optimization design idea is applied. In addition, the optimization program is given. The result data from the optimizing calculation shows that the genetic arithmetic is a effective method.2. About the relevant model among the optimization , the dynamical and economical Performance's appraisal criteria are discussed in detail from the practical running states. Meanwhile, this paper gives a reasonable mathematics model of the automobile dynamical and economical performance. 3. In this paper the prediction program of calculating the dynamical and economical performance is finished . The prediction result indicates the exploitive program can exactly simulate automobile dynamical and economical performance.This research of this issue is of definite theoretical signification and practical value . it can be applied as the available knowledge, experiences and the design ways for designer. Furthermore, this research can boost the domestic design level, enhance our developing ability of product, strengthen the competitive capability of automobiles in the international market.
