To some extent,Performance Management determines the level of enterprise management and is an important means to mobilize and activate the enthusiasm of employees and achieve win-win cooperation between organizations and individuals.Performance management is a continuous cycle process that covers four links: Performance planning,Performance monitoring and counseling,Performance appraisal,Performance feedback and application of results.Each link plays a very important role in the effectiveness of performance management.Organizations and individuals hope to have a scientific management system,which can not only objectively and impartially evaluate everyone's work performance,but also effectively control the adverse effects of human factors in the management process.However,in practice management,there are many problems,such as the disconnection between performance objectives and corporate strategy,the low participation of employees in the process of performance management,and the one-sided application of performance appraisal results,which add to the contradiction between the leadership and employees,resulting in a bad atmosphere for enterprises.In addition,the pursuit of short-term benefits,neglect of customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction,resulting in the decline of passenger flow,frequent job-hopping and other issues,the development of enterprises will be seriously affected.The scientific use of performance management needs to be implemented urgently.Based on the combination of theory and practice,this paper makes a deep analysis of the existing problems of F brand 4S shop sales consultant performance management by using the methods of literature research and interviews.Aiming at the problems of incomplete design of performance indicators,lack of participants,lack of sound communication mechanism,lack of skills of performance monitoring and counseling of responsibility subjects,unclear assessment subjects,unscientific evaluation system,unreasonable assessment cycle,lack of formal feedback interviews and single application of performance evaluation results,the paper separately discusses the four links: Performance planning,Performance monitoring and counseling,Performance evaluation and Performance feedback and result application,using the Balanced Scorecard tool,optimized and designed a set of scientific,normative and sound Performance Management system,which is suitable for sales consultants of F brand 4S automobile stores.Finally,from three aspects of system,culture and personnel,it ensures that the optimized Performance Management system plays its due role,fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of staff,improves cohesion,helps enterprises to survive the market freezing period safely,and achieves long-term and steady development.
