Close-rang Photogrammetry is a technology which is used to take three dimensionalscene coordinates of some measured points by the images of near aims. As an importantbranch of Photogrammetry, Close-rang Photogrammetry has obtained a very big developmentsince the near 10 to 20 years, and has obtained many successful experiences in the domain ofhigh accuracy three Dimensional Survey and Deformation Observation and so on. This subjectresearch as the thesis project had involved the project "research of intending model of surfacesubsidence deformation and monitoring technology (NO. SD 040205) which is funded by theopening Key Laboratory of ShanDong Province. laboratory in Shandong Province. The aim ofthis paper is to study correlative questions about deformation observation of building, basingon the foundation which the predecessor studies, and study from the Close-rangPhotogrammetry method so as to improve and sound the theory and method of deformationobservation.The paper did systemic research on the effect of error of distortion of lens on surveyingprecision, and validated the above theory. Above all I compute the internal parameters ofcamera, and analyze the fit error after including the distortion correction parameters of lens,then verdict its practicability and deficiency. In arithmetic, this paper used the direct lineartransformation (DLT) mathematics model to compute three dimensional scenes coordinates ofsome measured points, and included distortion of lens correction before computing so as toadvance the measurement accuracy.The experiment aims at illumination that after adding distortion of lens model correctionin Close-rang Photogrammetry method, then compares the result deformation observation ofbuilding of using the Close-rang Photogrammetry method and traditionalsurveying methodWhen their discrepancy is small, it means these two methods can get the same result in thetopic of deformation observation of building. Through adding distortion of lens correction, itcan advance great three dimensional scene coordinates precision of some measured points, andcan satisfy the deformation observation request of the fabric substance stability distinguish.
