Design Of Liquid Flow System And Mechanism For Anti-Freeze Fluid Sprinkling Machine Of Coal Conveyor

This paper introduces the idea of the design the anti-freeze fluid sprinkling machine of coal conveyor. The design goal of the machine is to solve the anti-freeze problem of the coal conveyor and coal in the coalfield of China North, which is made of mechanism, liquid flow part and control part. This paper mainly designs the mechanism and liquid flow part, and introduces the scheme of the control part in detail.The mechanism has two parts, which are storehouse mouth hydro jet device and train wagon anti-freeze fluid sprinkling machine. Taking into account the practical situation, the design reduces the production costs and achieves economic practical purposes. The storehouse mouth hydro jet device primarily is to sprinkle anti-freeze fluid to the coal which gives past down storehouse mouth ingress train, and hypo-handle with the storehouse mouth. Train wagon anti-freeze fluid sprinkling machine is to solve the anti-freeze fluid sprinkling of the coal conveyor wagon inwall. Adopting rotating spurge pipe achieve anti-freeze fluid uniformity sprinkling of train wagon inwall. And automotive achieving, need not hand operation, timesaving and labor-saving.The liquid flow part offers anti-freeze fluid for the mechanism, mostly include some components and pump.The control part is to achieve the auto control of the machine, which ? consist of controller, sensor and performer. Controller use PLC. Sensor include pressure sensor, approach switch, photoelectric switch etc. Performers include frequency converter, electromagnetic valve etc.The control part mostly includes three aspects: the pressure adjustment of the liquid flow system; the control of the anti-freeze fluid sprinkling of the train wagon; the control of the storehouse mouth hydro jet.This machine prominent characteristic is usable and the cost of manufacture is low. Comparing with other machine, using mechanism of the rotating spurge pipe is its particular characteristic. It changes the existing model, solves the uniformity sprinkling problem of the train wagon inwall, saves the anti-freeze fluid and depress the costs. In addition, it adds the auto control part, automation, handiness, sprinkling uniformity. It can quite well solve the anti-freeze problem of the train wagon. As a new practical design idea, all the research not only points out a new direction but also has strongly practical and the theory valve.
