With the development of the society,the urban construction of our country gradually accelerated and the destruction of the waste buildings as well as construction waste also increased year by year.However,almost the treatment of construction waste is filled or piled in the open air,which wasted a lot of land resources and destroyed the ecological environment.Therefore,the recycled concrete technology arises which can make the construction waste recycling and reduce the pollution.Also it is of great significance to realize sustainable development.This paper studied the physical properties of recycled coarse aggregate and the workable performance of recycled concrete based on the numerous research at home and abroad.It mainly focused on the analysis of recycled coarse aggregate on the properties of recycled concrete about its basic mechanics and antifreeze,mainly on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete under the dry state,saturated state and the slurry package state at the range of 9.5mm?16mm.16mm?19mm?19mm?26.5mm with the same quality replacement rate of 0?20%?40%?60%?80%?100%.Above these states,it assessed the pros and cons of antifreeze performance based on two indicators:the mass loss rate by freezing and thawing test and relative dynamic elastic modulus.The results of this paper are as follows:(1)The mechanical properties:when the quality is replaced with the same value at the same diameter,the compressive strength of the concrete under the dry condition is the highest.In the range of 19mm?26.5mm the pressure strength of the concrete is the lowest under the saturated condition and this value reached the highest point under the slurry package state.In the range of 9.5mm?16mm,the fracture tensile strength of the concrete is the lowest under the saturated state while in the range of 19mm?26.5mm the value reached the minimum;In the range of19.5mm-16mm,the fracture tensile strength of the concrete is the lowest under the dry state while the value reached the minimum under the slurry package state;(2)Antifreeze performance:The antifreeze performance of recycled coarse aggregate concrete is worse than that of ordinary concrete under the different status,different size range and different replacement rate;In the range of 9.5mm?16mm,the antifreeze performance of recycled concrete under the dry state is better than that of the other state.In the range of 16mm?19mm and 19mm?26.5mm particle size,the antifreeze performance of regenerated concrete in the saturated state is better than that of the other state.Under the dry state and slurry parcel state,freezing resistance performance of the recycled concrete in the range of 9.5 mm?16 mm is superior to the other size;Under the saturated state,freezing resistance performance of the recycled concrete in the range of 16mm?19 mm is superior to the other size.In conclusion,through the study of the mechanical and anti-freezing properties of the concrete,the results can provide theoretical reference for the actual project.
