With diesel vehicles worldwide trend accelerated, it will be more and more demand for diesel in the future. And with oil resources depleted, the auto industry rapidly developed in recent years and people's awareness of environmental protection has greatly accelerate the pace of development of alternative fuels. Biodiesel, by the superior environmental performance, has attracted all the attention in the word.Through scientific experimental design, first, make a detailed analysis with benchmark base petrochemical diesel and different ratios of biodiesel, and test the entire scope of work Stable Condition 144 points of the gaseous emissions, particulate emissions, fuel consumption, power tests of different speeds and with different loads of different combinations of the use of biodiesel benchmark petrochemical diesel relative rate of change in the engine shelves. Meanwhile, make a vehicle durability tests use diesel and mixture fuel to contrast the fuel performance parameters changes after a long run.By studing, the effect of B10 on performance is slithtly than benchmark petrochemical diesel, the emission is lower than benchmark petrochemical diesel, Furthermore, using bio-diesel can save a large number of petroleum, and reduce the emission of greenhouse gas effective.Through the test data analysis after 80000km endurance test, the following conclusions can be drawn:1, we have the pilot of fuel ethanol and has achieved good results .we also have accumulated experience in the promotion and application of bio-fuels.2, China's most biodiesel quality indicators up to the European standards, part of the failed indicators to meet targets in the near future is expected to reach .Therefore, Biodiesel has a basic application of quality.3, currently, some domestic biodiesel's cold filter plugging point is higher than the standard requirements, the stability below the standard requirements and the high water content problems to be focused on improving.4, Biodiesel can significantly reduce diesel vehicles in the main pollutant particles, some negative impact on NOx, and need to adjust the engine in application; has some effects in the reduction of THC and basically no impact of CO.5, because the oxygen content of biodiesel, the fuel consumption will increase with the addition proportion increased in the use of process6, There is small change in power performance by use of below 30% biodiesel mixed fuel.7, if Biodiesel used in some old models, we should take care of rubber parts.8, we should pay attention to the use of metal corrosion inhibitors added in use of Biodiesel.
