| Now, saving energy resources, protecting the ecological environment and decreasing pollution have become the common consciousness. Therefore, every country sets down stricter and stricter rules on the amount of the harmful waste gas emission by engines. Our country also set out imperative standards on the limitation of emission gas by the diesel engines used in vehicles. According to the standard, the diesel engine should achieve the emission target which is equal to the standard of Euroâ…¡since September 1,2004. Aiming at the R6105ZLQ diesel engine with emission standard of Euroâ…¡which is produced by Shangdong Weichai Huafeng Power Co. Ltd., this article gave a general design and specific research of sample engine on optimizing the performance, raising the strength, and decreasing the emission.This article introduced the present condition of our country's automobile engine, the development trend of the foreign automobile engine. This article also described the producing theory of the harmful emission, and the engine emission affection from combustion chamber, fuel injection system and valve timing. And this set of theory supplies fundamental evidence for design improvement and test research of R6105ZLQ .According to design requirement, we modify the inlet port and carry on tests. The result shows that the flow coefficient is raised to 0.62 from original 0.544.As per former test data, we prepare two kinds of compression ration and three different combustion chamber design strategy, and then carry on comparison test. Through oil ring and compression ring structure design and surface modification, fuel consumption, granule emission and oil consumption were effectively decreased. According to result of analysis and calculation, model and parameters of fuel pump, injector ,intercooler and turbocharger have been confirmed.At the same time, through strength checking of crankshaft, cylinder head bolts, connecting rod bearings, connecting rod bushing, piston pin, and analysis of the 1000h engine endurance test, this type of engine can be concluded to be reliable and powerful.Through running tests of various sample engine based on various new strategy, and analysis of NOx,HC and granule emission affect of different fuel advanced angle, the best angle was confirmed. Meanwhile ,the best design strategy came out ,after research of NOx, granule and fuel consumption affection from three types of combustion chamber and two sets of injector parameters. The modified R6105ZLQ type engine meets the research requirement of Euroâ…¡standard, and power up to 155Kw/2600r/min. |
