Discussion On Construction Management's Transformation Of Construction Decoration Engineering Project

Since the reform and open policy, the construction decoration industry had emerged rapidly, and separated from the construction big class along with the people's living standard's enhancement. Modern construction decoration Project's Construction Management formed an independent discipline class gradually. From the history looked it has received the artistic tradition; from the present situation looked it has profited from the construction management pattern; looking with the development judgement, it will form the system engineering which has greatly strengthened synthesis. The modern construction decoration's development is a transformation process.This paper carries on a discussion to the modern construction decoration engineering project's construction management's transformation which applies the related theory of project management and construction decoration engineering's management method and it link with the project management's practice.This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of this industry and the problems which come from the development of the enterprise, and it point out the transformation of the historical inevitability and the realistic necessity. Secondly, this paper obtains from the business management's reform, and that is, straightening out the project management system, adjusting the enterprise's servant mechanism and projects' operation mechanism. This completes the upholstery for solving the concrete problems in the project construction management. This paper discusses with emphasis the transformation measures of project construction management in the enterprise and elaborates in detail the organization's management pattern,the solution to the construction progress control,quality control and the control means,technology innovation and useful cost management methods. It also carries on a more detailed elaboration to the concrete measures of the project organization,the progress,the quality and the cost by demonstration research of project cases. Especially to the technology innovation's work, which is the highest boundary of the construction management's transformation ,this project has obtained a better effect in the new crafts,new methods,new machines and tools.The research indicates that, the construction decoration project's construction management's transformation is the foundation of the development of this industry and the progress of this enterprise and the transformation measures which this paper discusses receives a good result in this enterprise and is also hoped for having a certain model function in the industry.
