With the development and change of The Times,the construction industry has undergone great changes with the development and change of The Times.How to ensure the safety,durability,applicability of construction products on the basis of more cost saving,higher efficiency,has been the subject of industry practitioners to study."Science and technology is the primary productive force",innovation and application of technology is undoubtedly the best way to solve the development dilemma.Facts have proved that enterprises in the construction industry are completing the brand image construction,cost saving and efficiency improvement through the power of technology,especially large enterprises have made brilliant achievements in this respect.However,as the main body of the industry-small and medium-sized construction enterprises,facing greater competitive pressure and technology and innovation management problems and shortcomings,enterprise development strategy is insufficient,lack of motivation.Based on this,this paper takes "technology and innovation management of small and medium-sized construction enterprises" as the research object,and conducts research by means of literature survey,comparative analysis,unascertained measure comprehensive evaluation model and other methods.Through technical management,the source of innovation management research,development,classification,proposed to small and medium construction enterprises,technology and innovation management is divided into two levels,one is the enterprise under the normalized project technology management work,on the one hand is the innovation of the service for the enterprise and project management,it is both individual characteristics and inclusion relation of division,can be more simple to explore the small and medium-sized construction enterprises in the aspects of management.Based on the research of technical management organization,technical management system and other aspects,this paper analyzes the problems and root causes of general technical management in small and medium-sized construction enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures through management knowledge and relevant experience of enterprises.Through the understanding of policy guidance and analysis of market factors,this paper analyzes the problems faced by the innovation management of small and medium-sized construction enterprises,and proposes to optimize the innovation work by clarifying the direction of technological innovation,attaching importance to talent training,strengthening the cooperation of innovation subjects,strengthening the construction of industrial system,and improving the enthusiasm of innovation through policies.At the same time,the evaluation system of enterprise’s independent innovation is established,and the evaluation method of enterprise’s independent innovation ability is explained.Finally,the paper takes the technology and innovation management of the Ycih No.5 Construction Co.,Ltd.as a case to explain the technology and innovation.
