The Pulverized Coal Mill System with Intermediate Storage Bunker has been more used in national and foreign power stations,but it expends vast of energy,the quantity of electricity which was used by the mill is more than 20% in the whole station.For reducing the power consumption of mill system,it must keep the mill run in the best condition.Because the mill is a multivariable object which has non-linearity, big lag in phase and disturbance with indeterminacy,the normal mill control system which is based on single-circuit PID adjusting is very hard to use.Even if it run autocontrol in part,it cann't keep the mill run in the best condition or the mill has the best economic operation.According to the theory of coal mill system , the testing regulations of mill and the practical situation of power station in Zhanjiang, this thesis gave the test project according to questions which were gaven by the station,then Carry on the examination, to find out the problem of current movement work condition and the biggest output point.gives suggest of the equipments operation to the station.It has the numerical simulation about characteristic of analyzer with the soft Fluent.It could get the main parameter of analyzer and supply the basis of science for changing of degree of the coal powder. Aim at the multivariable,close coupling and big inertial controlled characteristic of steel ball coal mill,with not changing the main equipments of mill, this paper advance the suggest of the optimization control about entrance subatmospheric pressure and outlet temperature and the adaptive fuzzy control.At the same time,I developed a mill state inspection system which is based on WEB and used for the state inspection of coal mill.By the experiment of mill,the power consumption reduced from 24.71kwh/t to 21.95 kwh/t,at the same time,the output of mill rised from 53.61t/h to 60.37t/h, The result is very good.
