The rapid development of VLSI as well as the improving standardization of digital circuit and micro-processor laid down the sound foundation for power system integration. Motor drive system plays a very important role in power electronic application field, thus attracts great attention to the system integration on motor drive, especially on medium and small power applications. The research and implementation of control strategy on AC speed-adjusting in power system integration can provide a feasible way to implement system integration of general inverter.Integrating specialized function blocks in one chip can greatly promote the system integration and eliminate many kinds of EMI. The new generation of specialized chip for electrical machine, such as 2000 series from TI Corporation, provides the faster, more integrated core controller for the total numeralization and integration in the area of AC speed adjusting.The control strategy analyzed the regular Sine Pulse Width modulation (SPWM) and the Space Voltage Pulse Width modulation (SVPWM), expressed the general theories of two Pulse Width modulation methods, and inferred the computation formulas of two Pulse Width modulation algorithms. The contrast result showed that the SVPWM has a higher utilization ratio of DC, and it's easier to digitally control. Therefore, SVPWM is adopted as the control solution on AC speed-adjusting and corresponding mathematical model was established. With MATLAB/SIMULINK platform and its module library, the SVPWM module is emulated based on vector control algorithm and experiment parameter, and optimized the module and parameters based on the result.Asynchronous electrical machine control board and power driver board, including the selection and application of core control chip, were designed with SEED-DEC2812 high-speed board based on the topology of AC-DC-AC. Corresponding experiment was conducted on this hardware platform, and the result showed that design of hardware circuit was successful.Based on the control solution presented, programs of each submodules in the system was developed, the SVPWM implementation with TMS320F2812 DSP and the whole operation flow were expressed. The implementation of SVPWM was analyzed in detail, and corresponding control software was developed in C programming language. The algorithm can get satisfactory control pulse output waveform as the experiment result showed.
