Meanwhile, along with the arrival of the era of leisure scenic became public recreational places, people can experience the natural and cultural charm of the region.but with the increased intensity of the development, and protection decreased, some scenic areas has been irreparable damage to the land and natural resources and cultural landscape have a huge influence, although some still scenic display its own unique charm.Scenic area is the most smart land use, the highest quality of recreational places, the modern state of natural and human resources of the supreme symbol of care and practice, scenic land is being eaten up, and being more urbanization, more and more performance out of the landscape pollution. but in practice, because of human's destruction and poor management This paper concerns of tourism development from the perspective in scenic spots, and concerns of tourism development in scenic areas under its land-use and landscape change in a professional method. The ultimate aim is to provide people with the use of a landscape ecology, management theory and other relevant for the protection of scenic and tourism means to achieve real scenic sustainable development.This paper view of scenic's tourism development in urban planning point, and in the base of case's analysis, found problems in practice, the use of scholars and experts in the relevant research attempts from the land-use planning and landscape ecology direction on how to achieve the establishment and development of tourism types benefit from the land use and the corresponding landscape, and to explore the scenic protection and tourism development of new ways to coordinate economic and environmental relations.
