Modem marine Nuclear Power Plant's equipment and system are very complex; its index is very strict. The running course of Nuclear Power Plant demands not only quickly burden track but also reliable height. So, it seems very essential to study the auto control system to increase the adopt ability to the load change of the Nuclear Power Plant, enhance the auto control system, lighten the manual work, thus make Nuclear Power Plant more safe, economical and stable. The main contents of the paper are as follows:In this paper, the dynamic mathematical models of marine Multi-reactor and Multi-turbine Nuclear Power Plant are established, which is the base of farther research. During building model, models of reactor, steam generator and steam turbine are accorded to the Single-Reactor and Single-Turbine System. For the model of main-pipeline, this paper deals with main-pipeline as a concentrated object. The simulation model of marine Multi-reactor and Multi-turbine Nuclear Power Plant is built by uniting the reactor model, direct current steam generator model, steam turbine model and the steam main-pipeline model that were built. And its dynamic characteristic is simulated.This paper introduces the theory of Agent in detail, including Agent's conception, structure and model. Besides, it describes all characteristics of Agent newly from the view of Control Theory. According to the theory of multi-Agent system and hierarchical control, this paper have built the structure of the multi-Agent system based distributed hierarchical control system, which is one of bases of the control system of parallel coursing Multi-reactor and Multi-turbine Nuclear Power Plant's main-pipeline pressure based on MAS, which is proposed in this paper.In Multi-reactor and Multi-turbine Nuclear Power Plant, main-piping pressure is primary controlled object. Considering safety, it must be controlled in a fixed range. So that the common control system of main-pipeline pressure of The Multi-reactor and Multi-turbine Nuclear Power Plant is designed firstly. Secondly, this paper brings out an improved control system of main-pipeline pressure of The Multi-reactor and Multi-turbine Nuclear Power Plant. Then this paper designs a new control system of main-pipeline pressure based on it and the theory of multi-Agent. It includes the design of main architecture of the control system, functions, architectures and running rules of Agents in the system. Besides, the control system is simulated to test several performances.
