Pile-raft foundation has the good integrity, the high vertical bearing capacity, the small foundation settlement, strong ability to adjust uneven subsidence and so on. Simultaneously it may rely on greatly level load caused by the wind load or the earthquake function and the strong ability to anti-overturn.At present pile-raft foundation applied in the high heavy building has become commonly used foundation form.This thesis take a deep research to the analysis theory of interaction between superstructure and groundsill,foundation in the pile-raft foundation, especially using elasticity-thoery method which bases on the Mindlin stress solution to construct the file-soil stiffness matrix. Based on compile the program which can build the whole stiffness matrix of interaction between the layered soil and piles. Based on the programme above, it can be insetted in the pile-raft foundation finite-element analysis module of JCCAD in the PKPM. Then it can form the integral program which analyzes pile-raft foundation with elasticity-thoery method.Using the program above, this thesis make a influencing factor analysis to internal force and settlement which take a crucial role in the pile-raft foundation design.This thesis make a pile-raft foundation adjusted foundation rigidity optimum design of actual project using above analysis method and program, then make a compare with the traditional pile-raft foundation design to prove the feasibility and validity of adjusted foundation rigidity design.
