Based on the synthetic analysis of the research actuality and development trends of energy-saving central air conditioning water system, in this thesis, a kind of control network, namely the CAN BUS-based control network, for the central air conditioning water system is studied, and a communication hardware and computer control software. The control computer can dynamic display and storage the motor speed, the information of motor start or stop, circulating water temperature, and achieves central air conditioning water system control according to the information which users set. This thesis reaserches the central air conditioning water system, CAN-bus-related content and presents the central air conditioning water system CAN network implementation options, including high-level communication protocol selected, the overall network architecture design and control computer software. To apply the research above-mentioned to use, in the study:Designs motor control nodes with CAN bus communications and motor control function, designs signal acquisition node with signal acquisition function and designed Node power. At the same time uses hardware anti-interference measures.Designs the upper monitor nodes which consists of the PC, CAN interface card and monitor software with VB6. 0 .Founds a three-node CAN-bus developing/testing network including the motor control node, signal acquisition node and PC monitor node, and performs a CAN-bus network communication experimentThe experimental results show that every circuit of this control system has a logical design and runs smoothly, so we believe this system has reached the anticipated purpose. Besides, the lack and the work which need to improve of my work are also present.
