With the continuous improvement of the socialist modernization level, urbanization continues to accelerate, the number of new buildings rising as exponential growth, the consumption of building energy is also growing. Building air conditioning system is essential, it is possible to provide a comfortable indoor environment while will consume a lot of energy. According to research the literature, central air conditioning system energy consumption accounts for more than half of the energy consumption of buildings. It can be seen, energy optimization intelligent building control central air conditioning system is one of the hot current research studies.In order to achieve maximum energy saving control, central air conditioning chilled water system with variable flow control technology, it analyzes the principle of variable flow technology, knowledge-conversion technology, introduced the composition structure of frozen water system controlled automatically. Central air conditioning chilled water system is a multivariable, nonlinear control system Delay of strong, often can not establish its precise mathematical model. Classic PID constant linear system has good control effect, but not for central air conditioning chilled water system; the selection and establishment of membership functions and control rules of conventional fuzzy controller is based on expertise and practical operator practical experience, with a lot of subjectivity in the actual control system is difficult to achieve satisfactory control effect. Improved genetic algorithm to optimize the design of fuzzy control, synchronization.In this paper, the model fuzzy controller central air-conditioning temperature control system based on chilled water system, respectively by MATLAB conventional PID control, fuzzy adaptive PID controller and improved genetic algorithm optimization simulation, genetic optimization of fuzzy drawn from the simulation results PID control dynamic performance is satisfactory, better anti-interference performance and robustness.
