Dina River Bridge is an 120-span arch bridge which adopts monolithic reinforced-concrete box beam. The method of construction is to in-situ concrete arch beam on suspending steel arch trusses just like Six-Four type military girder. On one hand, compared with bailey truss girder and double-level Six-Four type military girder, steel truss girder has the advantage that it is economic as it uses less steel, the tripod rest is further, the process of assembly and demolish is convenience and consumes less time. On the other hand, this method also has some weak points such as smaller rigidity, more change of the truss force. In order to ensure the security and produce nice bridge shape, we need to operate construction monitor and control. The main works of Dina River Bridge construction control are as follows:1) Build plane finite element mode, and use Creep7 produced by Cailiang. Huang. To calculate the process of assemble, get the control elevation, cable force, and the counter force of the arch abut; optimizing computes the pouring order of the arch, set down a reasonable scheme of the pouring, make sure the elevation of the floor of arch girder. Establish a space finite element mode in MIDAS, and calculates the stability of the arch to make certain the connection to parallel.2) Make up the load test project based of the results of pouring, simulate the process of pouring on the floor of arch, get and analyze the test data, verify the rationality of the construction order and the mechanical property of the arch.3) Keep the whole process of construction under monitor. With the direct of the compute results, we can control the changes of stress, strain and cable force. Along with these, we can ensure that the bridge shape can meet the design needs.Finally, we present the table of stress control, the table of strain control and the table of cable force. With the comparison of compute date and test date, we draw a number of conclusions.
