With advanced structure design methods and composite material techniques applied in aircraft design, the weight is much less and the flexibility larger. It is more difficult to simulate how the airflow acting on the aircraft exactly with the scale model possessing sole rigid structure alike in wind tunnel test. Therefore, make a scientific research on the optimization design of wing flexibility scale model, counts a great deal for analyzing precisely on the aircraft's aerodynamic performance and studying on transonic vibration in high speed wind tunnel, haves a significant impact on the time and cost occupied in the wing designing program simultaneously.Topology optimization of continuum structure is present rising up hot research topic in structure optimization, could lead to economical materials usage and reasonable stress distribution, enhance the structure performance and decrease the weight of it as well. Thus, wing scale-model design using topology optimization methods has an important meaning in improving scientific of structure design.This thesis converts wing scale-model optimization design into structure layout design in inverse with the designed flexibility, accomplishing it with finite element analysis, basing on topology optimization. Main study work is as follows:(1) Investigates deeply material interpolation scheme SIMP (Solid Isotropic Material with Penalization) for continuum structure, deduct topology optimization solution algorithm about optimization criteria and method of moving asymptotes based on SIMP, and analyze the numerical instabilities phenomenon.(2) This text transforms the surface loads acting on the scale model into constraint loads, reaches the flexible alike through multi-points deformation constraints. Therefore, it mainly works on multi-load case and multi-displacement constraints for continuum structure design, establishes their topology optimization models separately, and applies them for some typical numerical examples checking the validity of the optimization methods.(3) Develops a topology optimization program using software ANSYS and MATLAB independently, attempting to facilitate topology optimization theory into practical engineering field.(4) In order to reduced the degree of complexity and the numbers of design variables, some reasonable simplification of the wing scale model is made; the pre-processing of finite element analysis for wing structure is accomplished in ANSYS; achieve the flexibility optimization object through a framework of wing, establish the topology optimization solution model of wing scale model, and achieve the optimal wing scale model structure layout at last. The optimization result indicates the method brought out in this thesis has certain feasibility and availability.(5) Mainly analyzes loads' coefficients and the number of loads, the design parameters which have a great impact on the topology optimization design of the wing scale model. And it comes to the best value span conclusion of the loads' coefficients and the number of loads at last.
