After years of design,the high speed train manufacture has accumulated a large number of bogie design knowledge,which provides a good condition for reuse and innovation.At present,when designers design the bogie,they usually choose the most similar products in the history of the enterprise according to the previous design experience.This design method does not make full use of the existing design resources,resulting in low design efficiency,unstable design quality and other issues.In order to solve these problems,this paper researched the design of bogie based on CBR.According to the situation that the resource management of the existing bogie was not perfect and the design flow of the bogie based on the case resources was disunity,this paper studied case representation of bogie and the design of bogie based on CBR which included the following four aspects:1.Based on the axiomatic design,the case resources of the existing bogie were decomposed into several parts.And the case was divided into external information for retrieve and internal information for devise.Then,the template technology was applied to the hierarchical and classified management of the case,so as to build a multi-level case database which supports the case-based reasoning of the bogie.Therefore,the problem of imperfect design resource management was solved.2.A multi-level case retrieval strategy based on the expression of the case and case template was constructed.First,using subspace method to match template based on customer preference.Then,two-tuple linguistic was used to unify the external information.Finally,the grey correlation degree between the alternatives and the new design requirements was calculated to select the most similar case.Therefore,the problem of inconvenience to quickly find the similar case from the complex design resources was solved.3.The genetic algorithm based on dependency was used to extract the key internal characteristic.The similar case was devised by the divergence and convergence of the key characteristic to meet the design requirements.Therefore,the problem that the way to find the starting point of case devise was too blind which was caused by the complex product structure characteristics was solved.4.Researched on the key technology of the development of bogie design system based on CBR,established the bogie case database and completed bogie design system based on CBR,which verified the feasibility of the above design method and strategy.Through the above research,the CBR Based bogie design system is developed,and the effective reuse of case resources is realized.
