ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) is a one of most important safety apparatus, but few Chinese enterprises could produce it. What's more, assembly accout for the most cost of ABS, so it is of significance to for our ABS enterprises to make its production more competitive. My research work is mainly on the assembly of a valve who is in charge of hydraulic liquid entering into ABS, realizing its automatic assembly, building mathematic model of assembly process and simulating the process, analyzing valve seating's displacement variation after finishing the assembly, analyzing the some factors' influnces to assembly force, do some experiments and compare the experimental results with simulating results at last.The whole thesis is described as follows:Chapter 1 briefly introduces the researching progress of ABS and antomatic assembly firstly. Because the valve assembly system is an AC servosystem, so also brefly states the AC servosystem, at last summaries the main reasarch work.Chapter 2 firstly states the qualifications of the valve assembly unit, and according the qualifications work out an overall design. Then it introduce detaily the hardness and softness of the system.Chapter 3 states elasto-plastic contact problem's finite element analysis (FEA).The whole assembly process is a typical elasto-plastic contact problem, and also for it is quite difficult to solve this kind of problem with analysis, so I adopt the FEA to resolve the problem.Chapter 4 builds the mathematic model and simulates the whole valve assembly process.Then it analyze a typical assembly process, at last analyse some factors' influnces on assembly force during the whole process, and analyze the ftiction coffiction variation in the process.Chapter 5 firstly states the whole struction of the experimental system, and then designs the experimental software in VC++, at last analyzes the experimental results.Chapter 6 summarizes the research work and presents the perspectives in the future.
