Recesently, due to the gradual lack of energy sources, as well as the increasingly sever envirpnmental pollution, people attach more importance to clean and reproducible solar energy.Meanwhile, Photoelectrity converting technology of solar energy has developed into the level that can be applied cosmically .In the future,there is promising prospet for the pogress of application of solar cell .Undoubtly,there is practical meaning to research that how we can improve the converting effect of solar energy on the basis of photovoltaic characteristic in solar batterys.In this task, automaticly following system for independent electricity generating through photovoltaic is designed according to fouctional characteristic of photovoltaic.For the reason that the location of sun in the sky is changing constantly ,in this article,the automaticly following system is introduced, the driving system composed of ARM LPC2131,UC3717 driving COMS chip and step-by-step electrical machine units make the accumulating rays device face the sun all the time. Toward evening, it can make battery boards face the east again.And day recycling is realized. In this article, the location of the sun is judged by the way of photosensitive resistance. The impulse which is sent out by SCM runs or stops the step-by-stepelectrical machine. When it stops, locking up wave is produced to prevent the electricity machine from deflection.As for the question for discussed, the method of counting the improved step-by-step harassing observation the maximum efficiency point is adopted to seek the max efficiency point of the solar cells.Thus it enables the system to trace the maximum efficiency of the solar cells under any conditions of temperatures or sunlight. In the designation of the task, double loops controlling system is adopted. In the voltage ring, DC/DC ascending and descending pressure transforms circuitry is used to keep the permanent current output of the electric power system. Thereinto, disperse increment PID arithmetic is adopted to control electric power. At the same time, attention is given to use soft switches technology to enhance conversion effect of the convertor. In electric current rings ,the max efficiency point of the solar cells is traced by the way of changing current.Thus, as for the controlling effect of the permanent voltage in the ascending and descending pressure transforms circuitry,the ideal effect is obtained.
