In the development of today’s society, human survival environment is constantly destroyed. The burning of fossil fuels is the main culprit. Research and development of new energy problem is widespread attention from all over the world. Solar energy is a kind of green energy, and it has the advantages of abundant. It has started to become the main research of the new object. So promote the photovoltaic business is one of the best effective way.The paper bases on the characteristics of the photovoltaic cell internal resistance variation as external light intensity and temperature changing vulnerabily,deduces the photovoltaic battery internal resistance value, in order to match the corresponding load resistance, so as to promote efficiency of photovoltaic cells. The output characteristics of photovoltaic cells and the calculation method of internal resistance are analyzed. The calculation process of photovoltaic battery resistance is simulated and analyzed based on MATLAB/SIMULINK platform. It is obtained that the impact resistance properties of photovoltaic cells in three cases, which are the changes of external temperature(light intensity fixed), changes of light intensity (the outside temperature is fixed), light intensity and ambient temperature changes. Based on these calculation and simulation, the dc load matching method is designed. This research has important reference value in the DC efficient usage of photovoltaic power generation.By using the method of maximum power point tracking photovoltaic battery output power will always take the output power. Through the analysis and comparison of the traditional incremental conductance method, a new type of double parallel Boost power circuit improved prediction of incremental conductance maximum power tracking strategy is proposed. Based on Matlab/Simulink simulation,it is shown that the proposed method has higher tracking accuracy, better steady state performance, and the ripple coefficient is smaller. It can also reduce the oscillation and can avoid the miscarriage of justice.The output characteristics of the solar power system can be optimized effectively. This method has important reference value for the photovoltaic power generation system.
