Steam accumulator is a saving energy equipment with great developing potential, its heat accumulation capability lies in its key component-steam injector. Just like the nozzle in steam ejector, the steam injector-a fluid machine to increase the velocity by decreasing pressure. Steam injector structural design is completed based on the analysis on working performance of the steam injector and numerical simulation study on interior flow field is accomplished using fluent software. Based on above analysis, the steam injector structural optimization is completed in order to improve the steam injection efficiency. This research has a guiding effect not only to technical renovation of steam injector but also to spread and application of steam accumulator.The main research work is composed as followings: 1)Many references was consulted at home and abroad, facing this fact that domestic study on steam injector is relatively outdated and a few reference is simply restricted on experiment, and then the method is pointed out that numerical simulation analysis is carried out in CFD environment to optimize its structure. 2) Based on the study on thermal and hydrodynamic characteristic in the heat accumulation, the steam velocity on the outlet of steam injector is the main compulsive force driving water turbulence and is the key parameter to improve heat accumulation efficiency. 3) Based on the analysis on steam injector structure, the laval injector is proved the best one and its structure design and model simplification are completed, and then geometry model grid is created. 4)Comparing all kinds of turbulent model, the best one is established and then the right discretization method is selected, so it makes the simulation results be more identified with real conditions and it can reflects the real steam flow in the steam injector. 5)By adjusting the parameters, plentiful numerical simulations are implemented and contrasting and analyzing the results, optimization of steam injector structure design is completed.
