A Technique Research Of The Reverse Construction Method On The High Buildings

The buildings in the city are becoming more and more congested with the development of city at very fast speed. During the rebuilding of the old city, more and more high buildings are located in close-packed district. The construction fields are very narrow, with little space left for designing and construction. During the excavation of foundation ditch, we must take the effect of the surrounding constructions as important factor. The Reverse Construction Method is an item of emerging hole excavated for building foundation supports and protections technology. The practice proved that uses the counter method construction the high buildings multi-layer basement and other multi-layered underground structure has the good economic efficiency and the social efficiency.The Reverse Construction Method has not been well developed in our country. The paper discussed the designing method of the Reverse Construction Method and made a comparison with the regular construction method and studied some key technique of the Reverse construction procedure combining construction practice, such as diaphragm and mid-maintain columniation designing and constructing, dewatering, earthwork excavating, diaphragm wall structure constructing, surrounding buildings protection, construction inspecting and so on.The Reverse Construction Method is not only a construction technique, it requires the integration of structure designing and construction designing. This paper has carried on the introduction to the counter method construction craft concrete application, the specify counter method effect, has studied the underground level support system and the vertical support system design and the construction with emphasis, contents and so on hole excavated for building foundation distortion.It is composed of diaphragm wall and supporting pole. They are not only supporting system but also a part of underground construction. So the Reverse Construction Method is the designing of execution and construction, these two facts must be combined very closely. Diaphragm wall have three effects in the Reverse Construction Method, it can countercheck soil, compose the construction and countercheck water.Because the Reversing Process is carried out in a comparatively closed system, the special demand for dewatering engineering and earthwork engineering is needed.Information-based construction insures the success of the Reverse Construction Method. The construction monitor design is the important part of the design of the Reversing Process. In this thesis, the practical monitor data are analyzed and processed and compared with calculation value. In one hand, this verifies the accuracy of the calculation done in this thesis, on the other hand, this provides the reference to the design of the Reversing Process for the future .At last, according to a mansion project, the thesis gives a particular introduction for the application of construction process and the application effect of the top down construction. And the author also put forward several proposals about top down construction in the paper, as well as summarized and advanced the developing trend of top down construction and the problems which should be made gret efflorts to solve.
