| In order to better adapt to the trend of upsizing of ships in the world shipping market,as ports and wharves for unloading ships,it was inevitable to develop towards the direction of upsizing and deep-water construction.In our country,most deep-water piers were built over100,000 tons using gravity type and high pile type,while structures such as sheet-pile wharf were considered to be only used for construction of small and medium-sized wharf such as the30,000 tons or 50,000 tons level for many years.Through the innovation and optimization of the construction technology of diaphragm wall sheet pile wharf,to ensure the structural stability,make and application of deep-water sheet pile wharf have greater development.Based on the construction diaphragm wall sheet-pile wharf in Tangshan Port No.36~40berth,On the basis of this,Innovative research on construction technology of deep water sheet pile wharf.The main research contents and results were as follows: 1)It was an important guarantee for trough formation and structural stability of deep-water wharf to determine the economical and reasonable scheme of large area dynamic compaction by comparative analysis of test tamping expansion parameters before construction;2)T-shaped sheet pile structure was an important structural type in deep-water development.For the quality of coastal soft soil,trenching construction was the key link.The groove section is divided reasonably by checking calculation and analysis;3)By using the buried inclined pipe to monitor the displacement change of T-groove wall,the economic and reasonable reinforcement measures were determined and the collapse problem of T-groove was solved;4)Combined with the displacement change of T-shaped sheet-pile structure during dredging,the dredging construction process in front of the wharf was optimized.Finally,through the observation and analysis of the displacement and deformation during the operation,It was verified that the construction technology innovation and optimization of deep-water diaphragm wall sheet-pile wharf was successful,which provided a certain reference for the construction of deep-water diaphragm wall sheet-pile wharf in the future.Figure 55;Table 20;Reference 48. |
