The Applied Research To The Production Tracing Management System Of Automobile Engine Production Line

Production Tracing Management Systemahs a system of integrating management and control technique such as PLC technique, Database technique, Database Programming technique, Computer Network technique, Great Screen control technique and BarCode technique. It can be used to manage and control the Automobile Engine production line. This thesis studied the process of the design and implement of this kind of system on Chana Ford Automobile Engine production line.This thesis analyzed the engineering flow of Ford Automobile Engine production line and put forward the requirement plan of the project.The thesis discussed three key techniques used in the Production Tracing Management System: PLC Serial communication technique, Database Technique and Database Programming technique, and Great Screen control technique.The thesis put forward the rebuilding plan of the integrative management and control system that based on the old control system. Content as follows:Use PLC technique to realize the gathering and sending of fault and lack material information.Use PC to get the information of Engine BarCode. Send information to control PLC. Then PLC can control the offline work position Automobile Engine's auto green light. PLC controls automatic pass of winding location engine.Use Database technique and Database Programming technique to realize the management of the fault and lack material information and the Automobile Engine production information. Also offer all kinds of query.Analyze the engine information memory on the production line. Then use PLC Serial communication technique to realize the sending of information. Use VC++ to realize the communication between PLC and PC and fault and lack material information. Obtain the Automobile Engine information. Send the information to PB for programming.Use hardware and software technique together to control the display of Great Screen.The thesis discussed the implement of the Production Tracing Management System. Give the required hardware plan for the system, hardware connect hint graph, network structure graph, PLC control flow chart and the main function table of the management.
