In china, Frequency-conversion Technology is popular in air-condition field firstly, Along with the improvement of consumption level and the lack of power, Frequency-conversion Refrigerator starts to be popular.This thesis discusses the main contents as follows:(1) The technology of Pulse Width ModulationIntroducing the theory and application of Pulse Width Modulation in frequency-conversion timing system by circuit example, and also introduces the modulation mode of Pulse Width Modulation. The modulation mode is divided into in-phase mode and asynchronous mode, and their advantage and disadvantage are also analysed.(2)The drive of Frequency-conversion CompressorThe testing of rotor position is important in the control of DC Brushless Motor, and this section introduces the theory of the Back Electric Motion Force method to test rotor position. There are two drive modes of frequency-conversion compressor, the section discussed the characteristic of the two drive modes.(3)The hardware system of the Frequency-conversion ControllerThe hardware system is formed of power module,mcu module, the IGBT drive module, the signal collection module and circuit protection module. The section introduces their theory, the characteristic and the notice in application.(4)The design of Electromagnetic Compatibility of Frequency-conversion RefrigeratorThis section mainly analyzes and discusses the measure and ways to restrain the electromagnetic disturbance of the inverter refrigeratory combining theory in practice, with analyzing the source and spreading route of electromagnetic disturbance of the Frequency-conversion Refrigeratory.
